Refund Policy

At The Bull and the Fat Man, we pride ourselves on
delivering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our
goods, we have a strict but fair returns and refund policy in place.

 


 

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products, as our
items are perishable and cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our
premises.

If you have any questions or concerns about your specific
order, please contact us at orders@fatbull.co.za and we’ll do our best
to assist you.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing
    from the package

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at
orders@fatbull.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the
item(s) in question. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution
(e.g., replacement, credit, or refund).

 


 

Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund (e.g., due to damage or
incorrect item), the refund will be processed back to your original payment
method. Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the funds to reflect,
depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

Exchanges

As we do not accept returns, exchanges are only available in
limited cases for damaged or incorrect items. If approved, you may be required
to return the item via courier. Courier charges for exchanges may apply:

  • Gauteng:
    R100 per box
  • Rest
    of South Africa:
    R200 per box
