Shipping Policy

Parcel Handling & Delivery Integrity

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery and maintain the integrity of your parcel, once your order is handed over to our trusted courier partners, we no longer have control over how it is handled during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be tampered with, or causes any concern, please do the following:

  • Take
    clear photographs of the outer packaging and contents
  • Contact
    us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing
    orders@fatbull.co.za
  • Include
    your order number and a description of the issue

This allows us to assess the situation quickly and follow up with the courier if needed. Your  satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Timing

If you require delivery by a specific date, please email us at orders@fatbull.co.za to confirm product availability before placing your order.

We offer Nationwide Express Delivery within 1–4 days. Please note, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays from our courier
partners.

  • Gauteng:
    Same day to 2-day delivery
  • Other
    provinces: Next day to 3-day delivery
  • Outlying
    areas: 2-day to 4-day delivery

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Terms

The Bull and the Fat Man cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to our
courier partners.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for mis-deliveryor failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

Should a package be confirmed delivered by the courier to the address provided, we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Customers are encouraged to file claims directly with the courier for any such issues.

Product Handling & Temperature Disclaimer

Our products are freshly packed and sealed in-store to ensure the highest quality and freshness at the time of dispatch. Once your order leaves our premises, it is handled by third-party couriers, and while we use trusted partners, we cannot control or guarantee the temperature or conditions under which parcels are stored or transported during delivery.

As our products are perishable and may be sensitive to excessive heat or moisture, we recommend that:

  • Someone
    is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • The
    contents are opened and stored appropriately as soon as possible after
    delivery.
  • The
    package is not left unattended outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended
    periods.

 

The Bull and the Fat Man cannot be held liable for any spoilage, damage, or change in product quality resulting from inadequate storage conditions once the package has left our store or been marked as delivered by the courier.

If you have any concerns about receiving your order in proper condition, please contact us at orders@fatbull.co.za as soon as
possible, ideally within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Product Returns / Exchange Shipping Terms

Should a return or exchange be approved under our returns policy, a shipping fee will be charged as follows:

  • Gauteng:
    R100 per box
  • Rest
    of South Africa: R200 per box

 

Please note that as our products are perishable, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect and remains in the original sealed packaging (unopened). Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact us at orders@fatbull.co.za for any concerns.
